What you pay (One time payment + optional upgrade):

• One time payment of Rs8,989 broken up into Rs2,400 initially and Rs6,589 after 3 months.
• Rs2,400 optional talktime for additional services.
• Destinations not covered under free calling are as per tariff sheet
• Billing pulses for non free destinations are at 60 sec intervals
• Calling non free destinations uses up your talktime, shortening tenure
• You can renew the optional talktime when exhausted
• Special codes (e.g. mobile phones) are often charged higher, see tariff sheet
• Return call charges are Rs1.89/minute billed to you
• Priority calls are charged at the next higher slab.
• Priority call example: if normal call costs Rs5.89, priority call costs Rs7.89
• Multi party conference calls are billed as priority calls
• Free monthly statement will be sent by email
• Optional paper statements are charged Rs49/statement
• If our service staff need to visit your premises after the initial 3 months, Rs300 visit charges apply
• Initial payment is refundable in the first 3 months after installation
• Balance optional talktime refundable till 12 months after payment
• Charges towards non-free calls made are not refundable
• You need an Internet connection to use the service
• Service tax at applicable rates is extra for users in India.

What you pay (Annual Payment Option)

• 1 year tenure rent @ Rs200/month = Rs2400/year in advance
• Registration charged at Rs1,800 one-time, devices and shipping included
• Registration charge is refundable in the first 3 months after installation
• No need to pay separately for talktime for optional services, they are enabled by default
• Calling non free destinations or using any upgrade service uses up your advance, shortening tenure
• You can renew the plan at prevailing rates when advance is exhausted
• Balance advance rent refundable till 3 months after payment
